01Short summary
- Your livestock, pen, vaccine, feed, daily-record, and finance data is stored on your phone. We run no server that holds it.
- There is no account to create in order to use the app.
- Some features call third-party services (weather, maps, address search). Those services receive the limited data described in section 5.
- You control permissions and your data at any time, including deleting it.
02Who we are
Smart Flock Lite is developed by Arizu. Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected].
03Data stored on your device
While you use the app, the following data is created and stored only in the app's storage on your phone:
- Pens: name, type, capacity, location, land boundary, and any address you enter.
- Livestock: ID, breed, sex, estimated age, status, weight, and optional photos you take.
- Vaccines, health notes, feed, daily records, and egg or milk production.
- Financial transactions: income, expenses, categories, and notes.
- Risk assessment results and cached weather data.
- Settings: display mode, text size, and the finance-tab lock state.
We do not receive a copy of this data. It remains until you delete it.
04Permissions requested and why

Fingerprint, face, or PIN: if you turn on Lock Finance Tab, verification is performed by the Android system. The app only receives a “success” or “failure” result and never sees or stores your biometric data.
You can revoke permissions any time in Android Settings. Features that depend on a permission will stop working, while the rest of the app keeps working.
05Third-party services and data sent
Some features need outside services. When the app calls them, they automatically receive your device's IP address, along with other data as follows:

We do not control these services. How they handle data is governed by their own policies, for example Open-Meteo, the OpenStreetMap Foundation, and Google.
06What we do not do
- We do not ask you to create an account or give a name, email, or phone number.
- We do not upload your photos, financial records, or livestock data to our servers.
07Backup and restore
Manual backup. The Backup feature in Settings creates a single file with your farm data, and you choose where it is saved. This file is not encrypted, so keep it somewhere safe and delete it when no longer needed.
Android system backup. Depending on your phone's settings, Android may back up app data to your Google account. That process is run and governed by Google, not by us. You can turn it off in Android Settings.
08Security
Data is kept in the app-specific storage area on your phone. Lock Finance Tab adds a layer of protection for financial data. Ultimately security also depends on your device, so we recommend using a screen lock and looking after your backup files.
09Retention and deletion
Data is kept for as long as you use the app. To delete everything, clear the app's data in Android Settings or uninstall the app. Backup files you created, and any Android system backup in your Google account, must be deleted separately.
10Children
Smart Flock Lite is intended for livestock keepers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11Your rights
Because your data lives on your device, you are fully in control: view, edit, export, and delete it directly in the app. If you have a privacy question or request, contact us at the address in the contact section.
12This website
This site uses no cookies, trackers, or analytics, and its fonts are served from the same server. The hosting provider may record standard technical data such as IP address and access time in server logs for security and operations.
13Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated, for example when the app adds new features or third-party services. The effective date at the top of the page will be updated, and significant changes will be explained here.
